Padres 5K Charity Walk / Run

Adrian would like to invite all of you who live in the CA or Los Angeles Area to join him and others in this amazing event to help change the lives of many children and their parents. As I mentioned it kicks off May 31, 2008 at the Staples Center in Downtown LA.  Adrian and Eva Longoria Parker (Spokeswoman, Padres) will be there running along with other celebs who have yet to be announced but Adrian will let us know and we’ll update.

For general information please visit here and for more information and to register please visit here.  If you can’t go and would like to donate you can do so via this link as well and even if you do plan on attending  and want to donate you can do that as well.  You can also view the itenery for the days event as well.

We hope you guys can make it - if Joanna or myself lived out there we’d be right there doing it (I’d walk) but I love events like this that definitely make a difference.  Check back regularly for more updates.  Also if this info gets lost in the posting fray don’t worry we’ve set up a sidebar SPOTLIGHT promoting the event and will remind you as the month draws to an end and we get closer to the date.

Trying to prove that her education is being put to good use, Marta initially fails, while discovering the true secrets and humor behind why the LAPD is trying to shut Angels down. Hey guys.  Adrian was kind enough to send over these pictures of him at the Homestead 300 Indy Race which he went to in support of his friend Helio, who you may remember as the season 4 winner of Dancing With The Stars.  Adrian reports that Helio came in 4th Place which is not bad at all!  Congrats helio, and next time you’ll place even higher.

You can check the pics out in the gallery.

Also, first reminder - the first event for Spike For Hope will kick off in 7 days! It starts April 10-13 in South Beach, FL - visit www.iamhope.org.  We’ll remind you again in the coming days.  Hope everyone is getting ready for it if you can attend.

Star Sightings at the Sony Ericsson Open Apr 02, 2008

se001.jpgAdrian was spotted with good friend, Helio Castroneves, Indy Race car champ and Dancing with the Stars reigning champion, at the 2008 Sony Ericsson Open.  I don’t know if many of you follow along with this or not but its tennis and they were there to check out the game of Andy Roddick vs Ivo Minar; Roddick defeated Minar.

Ahhhh such memories - I used to love tennis growing up and play it with my cousin.  When it gets nicer here I have to go out and hit the courts.  I miss high school sometimes when we could do all this indoors especially Volleyball - fun times.
